In a much anticipated move, Saregama India Limited has filed a writ petition before the Delhi High Court [W.P.(C) 1155/2018] challenging the Section 31 D interim license issued by the Copyright Office in favour of M/s Kuku & Koyal Internet now known as M/S Kuku & Koyal Internet Pvt .Ltd. The matter was listed on Feb 7, 2018 wherein the Delhi High Court has issued notice. Read order here.
The matter is next listed on Feb 12, 2018.
