As per reports, the Madhya Pradesh High Court on Feb 3, 2018 ordered the State Government to ensure release of film ‘Padmaavat’ in the state.
Viacom 18 Media Pvt Limited had filed the petition in the MP High Court seeking screening of the film.
Justice Vandana Kasrekar, in her order, said that no one should be allowed to enter within 200 meter of cinema halls with arms. The Government has been told to file its reply in the last week of February.
