Justice Manmohan Singh (Retired Delhi High Court judge) has been appointed acting Chairperson of Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB). Notification dated Jan 1, 2017 states that :
“In accordance with order No:P-24017/44/2017-IPR-I dated 29th December, 2017 of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion), Government of India, New Delhi, Shri Justice Manmohan Singh, assumed the additional charge of Chairman, IPAB from 1st January, 2018 (FN).”
